As a rule, ordering delivery of goods from Ikea is much cheaper than driving your own car to pick them up, especially if you are going to purchase large items. Ikea cafe
The only Ikea cafe is located in a retail outlet located in Sofia. The menu includes both traditional “Swedish” food: meat/vegetable balls, apple cider, lingonberry jam, and local dishes – Shopska salad, “sirene” slices, sour milk. White wine "Menada", produced in Bulgaria, is surprisingly good. Food prices are quite low, and you can get free coffee from 9:00 to 10:30. At other times, the cost of coffee is 0.99 levs, with the possibility of free refills. The quality of the coffee is inconsistent.
Breakfast (“snack” in Bulgarian) of three croissants with jam and white cheese is available from 9:00 to 10:30 for only 1 lev. In connection with this, people without a fixed place of residence periodically come to Ikea. The food court is bright and spacious with views of the city and Vitosha Mountain. It is worth noting that brown sugar is provided by the cashier “on request”. In summer, cold Tarator soup appears on the menu.

At the exit from the store, in the checkout area, there is an Ikea bistro - another opportunity to have a snack. In addition to the traditional bun with sausage and ice cream, the menu includes “Vegedog” - a vegetarian hot dog. On weekends, literally “the whole of Bulgaria” comes to dine at the Ikea cafe, so if you are planning to have a snack while shopping, it is better to plan your trip on a weekday. Free Wi-Fi is available in the food court. Smoking is prohibited in the cafe.
