Every year, Bulgarian legislation presents immigrants with new bureaucratic surprises. 2019 was no exception - all representatives of foreign companies are forced to fill out and submit a list of documents to the Bulstat Register. There is information about the amount of fines from 500 to 5000 leva for those who “did not know”, “did not hear” or simply ignored the legislation.
