The Bulgarian Minister of Health issued four orders on the conditions for extending the epidemiological emergency until June 30. Let us remind you that due to the threat of the spread of coronavirus in Bulgaria, a state of emergency was declared from March 13, 2020 to May 13. Then, from May 14 to June 14, a state of emergency was introduced, which made it possible to cancel some measures.
Zapovedov No. RD-01-331/12.06.2020 extends the period of wearing masks in public places: "All persons in public transport, pharmacies and medical institutions are required to have a protective mask or other means covering the nose and mouth in all other closed and open public places. In places where physical distancing cannot be ensured, the use of a mask is strongly recommended." Measures for disinfection and maintaining physical distance will also remain in place. The order comes into force on June 15.
Zapoved No. RD-01-332/12.06.2020 reminds you of the ban on visiting discos, piano bars, nightclubs, etc. from June 15 to June 30. In addition, it is prohibited to hold group celebrations indoors with more than 10 people present. This also applies to weddings, balls, baptisms and other events. However, outdoor and indoor sporting events are permitted, subject to no more than 50% capacity. The same condition applies to congresses, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, theaters, concert and dance halls. This commandment was changed on June 15, by order of the Prime Minister. Zapoved No. RD-01-333/12.06.2020 mandates mandatory treatment and quarantine for individuals testing positive for COVID-19.
According to Commandments No. RD-01-334/12.06.2020 all arriving in Bulgaria from the Kingdom of Sweden, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Kingdom of Belgium, the Republic of Portugal and the Netherlands, as well as from all third countries, with the exception of the Republic of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and bold">Montenegro must be placed in quarantine for 14 days. The order comes into force on June 15.
