Bulgarian contemporary music
Contemporary music in Bulgaria, as such, has developed in the country since 1989, after the fall of the communist system, as, indeed, in the Motherland. Until this moment, the only version of music that existed was pop music in the same form that existed and, alas, still exists in the former Soviet lands. Western music was censored and made available only through the efforts of sailors bringing back vinyl records from months-long international voyages. However, the 90s opened the door to music on a global scale, in all its diversity and diversity - reggae, hip-hop, rock, metal and punk. Real estate prices in Bulgaria attract many of our compatriots. A large number of houses and apartments in the country belong to foreigners, including Russian citizens. However, having your own home is not the basis for obtaining a residence permit only if the cost of the purchased home is more than 300 thousand euros. Of course, it will be easier for property owners to obtain a regular tourist visa, but it will allow you to stay in your Bulgarian home for no more than 6 months a year. If this is not enough, then you need to apply for a permanent residence permit.
